Frequently Asked Questions
How do we access the property?
All of our holiday let and self catering properties have contactless check in and out. The keys are stored in lock boxes which are opened with a unique code that will be sent to you 24 hours ahead of your arrival. The codes can only be sent out when pre check-in has been completed by the lead guest.
What is pre check-in?
After booking, you will receive email confirmation and a link to your guest page. The guest page requires the lead guest to uplolad a form of ID, sign our guest rental agreement and confirm payment details if not already done so. This takes less than 2 mins to complete and can be done from a mobile or computer.
Can I book directly with you?
Yes, we love dealing directly with our guests. Just click the "Book Now" button in the top right corner of this page to go to our property booking page.
Do you have parking at the properties?
Most of our accommodation has parking but not all properties. However we do have access to discounted paid parking nearby. For those properties without parking, the guest will receive an email shortly after booking explaining how to book a space.
What's included in your properties?
Our self catering and holiday let apartments include hand and bath towels, bed linen, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, soap, shampoo, shower gel and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk for arrival.
Do you allow early check-in and late check-out?
In most cases, we can arrange this but it is always subject to availability. Please message us before or during your stay to make arrangements.
